Polycrystalline thin films were prepared from CdO nanoparticles in the chemical Bath deposition (CBD) with different molar concentrations at (0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07) M.
 In order to obtain best results, structural and optical properties of studied under influence increasing concentration, results absorbance measurements there showed a change spectrum (CdO) upon increase concentration deposition, The value is within limits short wavelengths where increases wavelength (λ≤550 nm), we note that it decrease leads an thickness greater thickness.
